Setup & Design

We take care of all elements of setup, creating bespoke, branded voucher stores for each of our partners - matched to the respective website design.

The Vouchable gift voucher store can sit directly on your website via a reverse proxy. Your customers do not need to be redirected to a third party site to complete the transaction. Vouchable is fully-responsive, working on all devices including mobile phones and tablet devices. We can also provide full support and liaise with your web-developer during the installation process.

Voucher Purchase

As well as selling traditional monetary value gift vouchers, Vouchable offers the facility for partners to create unique ‘treat’ vouchers - whether it’s a set lunch for two, a bottle of champagne, an overnight stay and dinner package - you’re in full control of the gift vouchers that you offer for sale.

Fulfilment

We carry your branding through to the voucher template (both e-voucher and physical vouchers) to maintain consistency and to deliver a premium gifting experience for your customers. If you would prefer to supply your own gift vouchers and/or gift wallets, Vouchable will store any stock free of charge.

    Delivery by Email

    Email vouchers are sent immediately to your customers. There are no charges for email delivery and the emails appear to be coming from your business, with a personalised header for the recipient. The customer may choose to print their voucher, or show it on their phone.

    Delivery by Post

    Postal vouchers are beautifully packaged in a luxury GF Smith presentation gift envelope (with multiple colour options available to suit your brand) and packaged inside a hardback envelope to keep the voucher pristine whilst in transit.

Voucher Management

The Vouchable Partner Portal is so easy to use. Staff can look up, check and redeem a gift voucher in no-time at all. It’s also simple to add or edit the vouchers that you have on-sale, find and reissue e-vouchers and download voucher reports to reconcile with your accounts. Other useful features include the partial-redemption facility (ideal for monetary value vouchers) which means customers don’t have to spend the full value of the voucher in one visit.

Our simple pricing model has been designed to suit businesses of all shapes and sizes. With a monthly admin fee of just £19.99 (+ VAT) plus a 3% commission on each sale, selling gift vouchers online has never been so manageable and cost effective for your business.

Vouchable uses Stripe to process gift voucher payments securely online; their standard fees are 1.5% commission + 20p on each transaction (for UK and European cards) and these fees are payable by partners directly to Stripe in addition to the Vouchable commission and monthly fee.
